1-on-1 Personal Training

​The 1-on-1 training session provides a exercise structure that starts off with a specific joint warm up and stretching, followed by a 40 minutes functional and strength training, core conditioning and balance work. Session ends with a partner assisted stretching to facilitate flexibility. Whether you want to lose weight or feel better and gain more energy, personal training can help you get there.

I work on a retainer basis. $1000 per month for twice a week (8 sessions per month).

In-home Gym Setup Consultation
Want an in-home gym but don't know where to start? I can help you set it up and the only thing you have to do is tell me your needs, goals, budget and space. After 2 weeks I will give you the necessary information and help you order it and get it set up. Your gym will be up and running (pun intended) in a month's time. I will also include 2 sessions to give you some ideas on how to use your equipment safely.

Price for a gym setup up usually ranges between $2000 to $5000 according to your budget and needs. My fee is $500 and that includes two sessions of training to help you get started with your equipment.
